All  concrete placements with a mix design more than 2500 psi requires  continuous inspection and material samples fabrication.  Placement of  concrete around hardy frames in footings and stem walls requires  continuous inspection regardless of concrete compressive strength in Los Angeles. 

Continuous  inspection is required for all steel reinforcement of shotcrete walls  and placement of pnumatically placed concrete regardless of psi. 

Continuous inspection for masonry construction and grout placement. 

Peridodic deputy inspection is required for wood nailing. 

Continuous inspection is required for high strength non-shrink grout under column base plates.
